I’m currently out of the office until sometime several years from now.

Our home, Sailing Vessel Sea Horse The old girl is a beaut. She is a 1998 Beneteau Oceanis 461. Overall length is just shy of 47 feet with a beam of 14 feet. Designed by racing great Bruce Farr, she is fast. Part of that speed comes from her long, fin keel that draws 6.8 feet (this is quite a limiting characteristic in Florida).

She used to be named “Stagger Lee” but we renamed her in 2021. Neither stagger nor lee evoke the grace and beauty of this boat, so we renamed her. Given Grete’s equestrian background, the Sea Horse seemed like a great name for capturing both our loves.
